The tamper evident PMR Bag™ is a key component of the ERMD Kit™.  After filling out your ERMD Record™ and the ERMD Medication Card™ you place both documents in the tamper evident PMR Bag™.  This patent pending bag is specially designed to contain your ERMD Record™. 

The tamper evident PMR Bag™ protects your ERMD™ information from prying eyes while the special compartment on the exterior of the bag allows you continued access to the information that changes on a frequent basis.  

Additional documents can be added to you PMR Bag™ to build a more comprehensive ERMD Record™.   Please place copies of your advance directives, a recent discharge summary, EEGs, DNRs and other special needs medical files you feel important to include in your PMR Bag™.
