The exterior access pouch where the Medication Card is kept is specially designed for the information that changes on a frequent basis.  When your pharmacy, medications, herbs or allergies change you can remove the reusable Medication Log and note the changes on the mediation card.  After you are done place the medication card back into the specially designed access pouch.  This access pouch is designed to maintain the tamper evident properties of your safety kit.
